Personal Training at Body Machine
Dear Body Machine Members,
Hope you are staying healthy and fit.
Following the UK government's announcement of the roadmap out of lockdown, gyms and fitness studios can open their doors on the 12th of April for individual use, household group use and 1-1 personal training.
If you'd like to book an on-site 1-1 Personal Training, Personal Training with your family/household bubble (including Spin!) please book by emailing us.
And starting from the 17th of May, indoor group classes are allowed to resume. Meanwhile, for those of you who miss our high intensity group classes, join us online every Sunday at 11:30 am for Frances' 60 minute Bodyweight Bootcamp. It will definitely make you break into a sweat, work the muscles of your entire body and help you maintain a strong core. To book please email us.

"'The hour flew by': this is what Frances typically alleges towards the end of the weekly Bodyweight Bootcamp she has run every Sunday during lockdown. A spectator would probably not agree, but as a participant I am amazed at how
true it is.
The session moves the participants rapidly through a brilliantly designed set of activities, engaging the core and getting heart-rate up through explosive sequences manageable in the smallest of floor areas. The pacing of the session, the restriction on numbers of participants, the variation in activities and the fact that there is nowhere to hide from Frances' gaze in these interactive sessions set them apart from my other experiences of online exercise during the pandemic.
As another participant noted, she reaches through the screen to correct form, to encourage more effort and to make you laughingly acknowledge that you can push yourself further, no matter what level of athleticism you identify yourself with or aspire to.
