What makes Body Machine Performance Studio so special as a Covid-safe workout environment?

One important safety factor that has been highlighted by WHO in the combat against Covid- 19  is the importance of ventilation in indoor space. As stated on its website: "In all workplaces, schools and tourist accommodations, there should be fresh, clean air. WHO recommends an increased ventilation rate through natural or mechanical means, preferably without recirculation of the air."  

We are proud of the architectural vision behind Body Machine Performance Studio which makes it a model for future post-Covid gyms. One of the most unique features behind our architectural design is the custom designed state-of-the art HVAC system, which provides optimal ventilation so that you can train in a space with fresh air rather than recirculated stale air as seen in gyms with cassette units. Our system is designed by mechanical engineers who have calculated optimal air flow in all areas of the studio. We have installed the most advanced and robust Daikin system. With new fresh air louvres fitted on the first floor (we went through the efforts of applying for a license for alterations just for this), our system extracts fresh air from the outside and pushes out stale air from the inside. This highly engineered system is installed above the perforated ceiling panels (as seen here in the photo) throughout the entire studio.

All of our class sizes are small and socially distanced. Our TRX Straps are mounted with 1.5m distance apart. We have spaced out our bikes with more distancing and reduced the capacity in the spin studio.
